Yes: Pain in your chest or anywhere else is a warning that something isn't right. In your chest it could indicate a heart attack and you are the most common age for females to miss the signs of a heart attack. If it is severe, call 911 (don't drive yourself) if it is mild call your md's office for advice or go to the er or call 911.
