Be accurate & honest: Please don't. There are many types of parasomnias and frankly, obtaining an accurate medical history is very important.

FACTS NEEDED: When analyzing a sleep disorder, need to include a full description of the "illusions", because these events add to understanding of the sleep paralysis. You see, you are actually painting a partial picture of narcolepsy, which may well be your diagnosis. Do not fear being judged on your experiences, it is all part of the problem, and the doctor will treat you fairly and help you.
