Keralyt gel: This thickening of the elbows can be improved with peeling cream containing salicylic acid. Other optins are scytera, Anthralin or tazorac (tazarotene) cream. Scytera can be combined with 3 per cent salicylic acid to peel away the thickened areas and decrease the underlying inflammation.
