High fiber diet: You should supplement your diet with fiber. An easy way to do that is to eat a high fiber breakfast cereal. Read the packages. Most cereals have 1 or 2 g of fiber per serving but allbran and fiberone have 12-14 g. Mix these in with your favorite cereal and eat some everyday.
