4 possibilities: 1. Stones. 2. Vasectomy, if recent blood can work it's way up. 3. Running - runners can get blood in their urine but usually only with extremes. 4. Other - i'd see a urologist to make sure there is no bladder tumor or infection. www.peedoc.com.
