Limited help: If your heart enzymes are normal (/not elevated)--usually while you are having some kind of chest discomfort, it is considered (much) less likely that the source of the problem is your heart. But, we always recommend follow up with your dr or cardiology to be sure not missing something.

No damage: Cardiac enzymes indicate if theres damage or inflamation of the heart muscle. You obviously dont have evidence of this on your labs.
