She should : Consider seeing a urogynecologist or a urologist. Urinary incontinence is usually from bladder spasm or changes in anatomy that occur with cough and sneeze. Also they can be mixed with components of each. There are other infrequent issues such as bladder overfilling due to incomplete emptying but she likely needs a bladder test called cystometrics. Involuntary loss at night needs workup. Gdluc.
