A member asked:

What could cause an ast of 62, alt of 153 and alkaline phosphatase of 128?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Lots of things: Medication sensitivity, boozing, being overweight / sedentary, hepatitis b or c, a sports injury, just finishing a marathon, hemochromatosis, wilson's, autoimmune hepatitis, antitrypsin deficiency, a host of others. One good plan is no alcohol or meds for two weeks, see if this goes down.
