Have it checked: The area you describe is an area where lymph nodes can be present. If one is enlarged in this particular area, it can be concerning. Occasionally these are inflammatory, but quite often can be something more serious like hodkins or lymphoma. You need to have a doc feel and evaluate the mass and then decide if further evaluation or testing is needed.
