Be healthy: Eat right, stay at a healthy weight. Do not overwork yourself. Get 6-8 hours of good sound sleep a day. Have a positive attitude and outlook on life. If you're still overly tired, get evaluated for other causes (thyoid disease, anemia, sleep disorders, etc.). Best wishes.

Many possibilities.: There are innumerable medical, nutritional and emotional conditions that include being tired as a symptom. These range from simple issues to those far more complex. A good checkup and blood testing would be a good starting point.
