Ct readings: Urgent are things that can kill you if you don't do something quickly, like a big aneurysm, a large stone obstructing the kidneys... Non urgent are things that can wait until you show up to the clinic for discussion.

Unclear: Urgent might be defined differently by different providers/specialties. For me urgent findings might include things needing surgery soon, things that might be cancerous, evidence of internal bleeding, and so on. Non-urgent findings might be clinically insignificant gallstones, or what is sometimes termed 'incidentalomas' or variations of normal anatomy or no change from a prior abnormality.

Ask your doctor.: You may want to ask your doctor to be sure. Nonurgent findings on a ct abd/pelvis may include cysts in the kidneys or liver or kidney stones that are not causing any obstruction. More urgent findings may include pancreatitis, appendicitis, diverticulitis or cancer.
