Perthes: Likely progressive arthritis from perthes disease. Check with your orthopedic hip surgeon & get good exam & x-rays.

Arthritis: After perthes, even with corrective surgery your risk for getting arhtirits is very high. Get an x-ray. It could be other things too but the starting point of the work-up is an x-ray.
