What does it mean if u perpetually have a "red face" not caused by the sun or heavy consumption of alcohol?

Rosacea?: This could represent rosacea or sensitive face. Some people have superficial blood which causes redness. Topical eucerin redness relief, finance or ill or laser can decrease the appeance of the redness.

See a skin Dr.: Rosacea is a common condition characterized by redness of the skin, especially the face. There are preparations which can be applied, most of the good ones require a prescription. A good dermotologist would be the way to go, espcailly to rule-out any other condition which may be more serious, such as lupis.
