Im 6 weeks pregnant, i took klacid and sinecod without knowing im pregnant, what is effect of taking those medicines?

Should be ok: Klacid is clarithromycin, a pregnancy categoryb--which is considered safe during pregnancy. Sinecod is a cough suppressant with category-c, which means studies show some risk in animal but no human study to show such. Often, prolonged exposure during early pregnancy is more of a concern.
