Yes: Infraction? Going with fracture, which can do what you describe, but, if the nerves to penis get damaged, it could cause erectile dysfunction. You should be being followed by a back surgeon--so should call and ask for advice. If not & can't get in to one (today), would say go to er @ larger hospital that would have one. Might get re-mri-ed, steroids and small chance for surgery to decompress.
