Blockage: Imagine the tube being pinched as it leaves the bladder...Actually that is what happens. Therefore the flow will be more difficult to start, slower, and end sooner. As such, more urine will remain in the bladder, necessitating more frequent trips to the bathroom. Typically this will be noticed most at night as you get up every hour to pee!
