Stage? Metastasis?: If u are referring to tumors n brain that came from a tumor somewhere else in his body and this it is a stage four then that is one scenario. This is compared to an actual tumor that began n his brain but usually we do not stage them as stage four. Brain tumors are described as having a grade and that is different. No one knows how long we have but if in otherwise good health best stats r 2 years.

Depends: Depends on the type of cancer. Certain grade 4 brain cancer has fair 5 year prognosis. For glioblastoma (or gbm) the prognosis is grim although there has been a patient with 5 year survival at our hospital.
