Can i get addicted to clonazepam if i take half of a 0.25mg daily for a few months ? probably 0.12 mg is a low dose but i want to be sure

Unlikely: Yes it is a very low dose, but over time you develop tolerance so that it is no longer effective. If you do not need it regularly, i would suggest taking it intermittently and then you will be less likely to develop tolerance.
