Bronchitis: It seems like you have developed an upper respiratory infection, you need to see your doctor, you probably should start an antibiotic.

Antibiotic/nasonex: You do not say what you are on or have taken. You need to take antibiotic such as z-pak / levaquin (levofloxacin). Also, should be on anti-inflammatory and bronchodilator i.e. Albuterol or combavent plus spiriva or the newer pressair. May need a course of steroids. As for the horseness, this has many causes but try cough drops first. If you have been on treatment, you could have thrush. Tip-see doc.
