It depends...: It's like most things. It works for some, and not for others. Be sure you are getting the hoodia from a reputable source. The effective dose: some people only need 1, 000 to 2, 500 mg per day while others need 3, 000 to 4, 500 mg per day. I'd recommend starting at the lower dose, and then increase if necessary. You should start seeing a difference within 2wks if you are going to respond.
