Several issues to: Break down. The iud not causing itching or fatigue. Likewise fatigue and itching are not related. I would start with a combined antifungal cream mixed with Hydrocortisone cream on the nipples, if its skin it should help. Fatigue is long discusiion. Do you have elevated stress level, feelings of sadness or guilt, crying spells, sleep at night? Vaginal bleeding or thyroid can cause, see doc.
