Sounds like it : If your test is positive then sounds like yes. Simply repeat the test tomorrow. If you are pregnant then the hormone level will rise and the line should not be faint.

Yes: Most home pregnancy tests have no line at all if it's negative, so even a faint line would be considered positive. If you haven't gotten your period in a couple of days, test again.
