Yes and No: Congratulations on your weight loss. What you are describing is quite commonly encountered after significant weight loss. Breast lifting is a safe operation but, like any other operation, has its potential risk/complications associated with it. Learning about these risks prior to undergoing surgery is important. There are no other (surgical or nonsurgical) alternatives to breast lifting surgery.

Maybe: Depending upon how much "sagging" has occurred you might be able to consider breast implant surgery rather than a lift. Of course, if you are happy with your breast size and not happy with where your breasts "live" then implants are not an option for you and a lift is your best choice.
