Not easy: Unfortunately, our body is constantly interacting with toxic agents we ingest, inhale or in contact with each day. And these complex interactions may cause chronic inflammation. Antioxidants from multivitamins, fruits & veggies may fight off the adverse effects of these inflammation. Likewise, aspirin, nsaids-ibuprofen, aleve (naproxen) may help as well. Staying active & drinking lots of water may help.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
