i think i might have dermatillomania. what should i do?

Eval: This is an impulse control disorder and can lead to mutilation from chronic skin picking. I recommend either a psychologic or a psychiatric evaluation for accurate assessment. A treatment plan can be developed if it is confirmed that you do have dermatillomania.
