Get help-it's there: You are not alone but it is essential to find help. Here is a nice website for a start. In your area i'd expect you can find therapy with experience in this. Other issues may respond too. You'll feel much better. Also make sure you prevent or treat any infections. Keep nails very short ; hands clean. Hope it goes well.
