Talk/meds: This activity fulfills a need you have developed to function in your world. It has negative consequences only you can know well. To stop, you need to find a therapist who can help you find out what is stressing you and teach you other skills to deal with this. It may resolve once you figure out why it started but you also may need a med to speed the process.
