Should be fine: Stimulants and most cold medicines are fine together. Depending on what you take, you may find yourself feeling a bit shaky, but it is not dangerous. If you are worried, start by taking a lower dose of the cold medicine--or call your doctor and ask what cold medicines are least likely to produce a reaction with the stimulant. Btw, stimulants were first used for nasal congestion.
