Appreciation?: People often forget to celebrate advantages, good fortune, benefits, gifts, bounty, or completion. Instead, they simply register a positive thought and then return to focusing on the negative (e.g., an uncompleted task, potential threats, breakdowns, struggles, obstacles, conflicts). This negative bias is sometimes called "the zeigarnik effect." the "cure": spend a lot more time being grateful.
