Possible causes of my insomnia?

Multiple causes: Without knowing details, insomnia is caused by many different issues, notably stress/anxiety and depression. Make sure to work toward maintaining a good sleep schedule, and eliminate activities before going to sleep that may be causing agitation or hyper alertness. Wind down and be sure to have a comfortable temperature, and dark room to get to sleep more easily.
