Fibrocystic Disease?: Most pain in the breast is related to the gland, and what is called fibrocystic changes or disease. They are tender, feel knotty, especially near your period. Caffeine may be making this worse. Make sure you have a breast exam from your physician to make sure there is no need for further testing.
