Refills: It will depend on how the prescription was written by the prescribing physician. Usually pharmacies will not refill a prescription unless 1) the refill is authorized and 2) the allotted time period for the prescription usage has passed. I would recommend following up with the prescribing physician to be certain.

Depends: I'm not sure by what you mean by how early. In general how often a medication can be bought is determined by your insurance plan. How often a prescription can be ordered is generally at your doctors discretion.
