Exam and an ear.: Folowup wiwth any doc consists of going over any tests that were ordered, listening to any change in the conditionthe results of any treatment that was given, reexamination and a followup plan and answering questions from the patient.

A follow up means-: -U have been Cn and R being Cn for info on Ur treatment or results of labs or images that have been ordered. So the orthopedic guy is telling U what he knows & U R reporting how U feel. Then discuss change in Ur treatment or changes depending on results and reports.have a list of questions, since patients always leave an appointment having forgotten something they wanted to ask.
