Aloe: The chemical removal of hair in a sensitive area can cause irritation to that skin. After first making sure that all of that substance is now rinsed off, consider aloe or other topical skin lotion that you might use for a sunburn. Sun and chemical injury are treated in a similar fashion after making sure the chemical agent is removed or neutralized.

Bikini line - ok,: BUT don't use Nair on genitals. Options – use washcloth soaked in cold water or even ice water as a compress x 15 minutes. No not apply ice directly to skin. Petroleum based lubricants/ jellies/ lotions (aquaphor ointment, vaseline) or aloe can help to maintain moisture. Hydrocortisone cream can be applied for significant inflammation. For blistering – consult with your doctor.
