Get rid of...: Antibiotics may need to be used, but you need regular sinus x-rays to see if you do have sinusitis. It could be allergic, or infectious, or both. Decongestants will help, as will mucolytic agents. Aleve (naproxen) should ehlp, and a brief stint on Prednisone may be in order! see your doctor!
