Balanitis: Balanitis is an inflammation of the glans penis (head). Posthiitis involes the foerskin. It is most often due to a fungus and is treated with topical antifungal creams. Ask you pharmacist . If no improvement, see a urologist. If painful or involving blisters that rupture, it could also be herpes!
