Every 2 hours: Every 2 hours is a good habit to get into. This means you should carry your sunscreen with you, or put it in your golf bag, car, baby stroller, or whatever else you will have with you all day.

Sunscreen : Sunscreen should be reapplied every few hours since perspiration will diminish its effectiveness. It should also be reapplied after water exposure.
