Sun Exposure.: The best time to enjoy sunshine is 11 am- 2 pm for medical benefit. . You will get more Vitamin D at that time as well. Use a sunscreen with total protection and that is best served with a blocker that has zinc oxide particles. Shisedo cosmetics and others have a high SPF number in their products including foundations for the face. Apply the sunscreen 2 days before intense exposure as well.
