Nothing: This most likely is just a genetic inheritance from ancestors that had pigmentation. Depending on your race, this can be more prominent that in lighter-colored people. Many areas of the body have hyperpigmentation for one cave-man-related reason or another. It doesn't sound like an infection, ringworm, nor any other condition that you need to treat.
