Will the piece of mole that the doctor didn't shave grow bigger?

Mole: Pigmented nevi or moles should be completely removed in order to prevent recurrence but if the doctor performed a biopsy on the lesion and it is benign the lesion will only grow back to its original size and can always be removed electively if you desire. Be sure to see a board certified plastic or facial plastic surgeon to remove the mole completely. Hope this helps.
