2000 u vit d: Take 2000 units vitamin d3/day and forget the omega 3's - or find them somewhere else if you feel you must have them. Eat healthy and exercise. I doubt there is a quality combo pill available. Eating healthy is a lot easier and cheaper than vitamin shopping.
