Im allergic to seafood but i want to add omega 3 vitamins to my diet is there anyway i can get this if im allergic to seafood ?

Discuss with allergi: Discuss this with an allergist to see if there is a way. I do have patients with seafood allergies who take omega three - fish oil. The portion one is allergic to, usually protein, is the important question.
