It depends : This depends on how much alcohol, the type & your genetics. Evidence suggests that 1-2 drinks a nite may protect against heart disease, but it increases cancer risk. Red wine is the healthiest form. I think it would be wise to average 1 per nite & take a couple nites a week off.
