Don't worry but...: Menstrual cycles rarely come like clockwork; virtually all women have cycles where their period comes early or late; this can be related to stress or illness but sometimes just happens. Pg tests can be inaccurate so early, so you could be pregnant despite the negative test. If your period does not start in 5 days do another test.If you're not pregnant your period will come eventually! see comment:.
