Had a normal echo, normal ekg and a normal heart monitor what does that mean?

Tests: Those values suggest that the heart's, structure, function, electrical activity and rhythm are all normal.

Not necessarily norm: Ecg is notoriously inaccurate, especially in the detection of ischemic heart disease. You should find a physician who offers multifunction cardiogram in his office. It is the most accurate in the detection of ischemia in women! please go find one, and it may save your life! http://en.M.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/multifunction_cardiogram.
