TIA: I suppose it is possible but if you never noticed a symptom not sure ho, w the diagnosis would be made. The definition implies a transient symptom.

Unlikely: It is unlikely. Tia causes short-term decrease in brain function which usually results in a deficit which is easily detected/observable - weakness, numbness, speech disturbance, visual deficit etc. It is unlikely to have a TIA and not know it.
