Why do i have troubling swallowing first meal of the day?

Needs investigation: Difficulty in swallowing- any meal need investigation , to be sure no serious lesion , please see your doctor simple barium swallow or endoscopy ( & additional tests ) will give answer , then could be treated effectively.
