Don't sit so much: That may seem obvious but we were not meant to sit all day. Make sure your chair is comfortable and that your arms are at a good position for your keyboard. Use a headset if you are on the phone a lot. Get up frequently or simply stand to do your work when feasible. There are some yoga moves that you can do during the day to help with the discomfort. See a spine physiatrist if you are not better.
