Go to doctor: The maximum tylenol (acetaminophen) dose for a whole day is about 3 grams. You are describing jaundice and probably an enlarged liver. You are probavly in liver failure. You need to be seen right now don't wait. I know you are embarrassed but please go to the er now.

You'll live but...: This isn't tylenol-induced liver disease if it was last month; you've recovered. People who almost badly harm themselves, even accidentally, have often been mistreated as kids and have been forced to adopt attitudes & behaviors that are not helpful for adult life. Brave the possible stigma and get with someone who can help you learn to be happy and effective. Glad you wrote. Cheers.

Go in now: 32 grams is an extremely worrisome amount and you should go in straight away. I am very sorry for whatever led to you taking that dose and that should be aided too. Your yellow jaundice and liver pain need attention. You may need to go through an emergency room to be seen quickly. Liver damage from tylenol (acetaminophen) accumulates from several hours to a month.

EVAL now: The daily maximum dose of tylenol (acetaminophen) is 4 grams. A single dose of over 10 grams is likely to cause toxicity. I don't know if you took 32 grams over a long period of time or in a single overdose. Regardless, yellow skin and tender right upper abdominal pain warrants medical evaluation now.
