Try Ibuprofen: for pain unrelieved by Tylenol (acetaminophen) alone. If pain not relieved by either one, it is safe to take Tylenol (acetaminophen) 1000 mg and Ibuprofen 800 mg together, at the same time, for better pain relief. If pain is still unrelieved, conduct doctor who did lymph node biopsy regarding pain.
